Do you have to be fit to get started? No. Most people haven’t trained for a while when they first start. You do not “need to get fit” before coming to train with us! The only requirement is that you show up ready to work hard and give everything you’ve got, every time. Attitude and determination are much more important than your fitness background or ability in CrossFit.
Are the sessions going to involve 100 Push ups, Pull ups and Burpees? No. CrossFit is scalable to your individual fitness. Everything we do is scaleable for everyone from the top level athlete to the grandmother.
Am I gonna bulk up and end up looking like a Bodybuilder? No. CrossFit is a mix of cardio, gymnastics and weightlifting. It means getting too big would actually be a disadvantage. If you think all we do is lifting weight and wonder where the cardio will be, then you haven’t tried CrossFit.

You liked it. Get started with our classes: The Progression. Our coaches will take you through the basics of CrossFit in our classes and assess your level to adapt the sessions to you. Book your first session.
We usually advise starting with 2 sessions/week to get you used to the intensity.
(If you are worried about your current Fitness level, you can always book Personal Training sessions to address your weaknesses)
